About The Extraordinary Ability Club
Why join a community?
You have your cricket club, running club, local pickleball team, Bollywood jam crew, and even a group of friends who only meet for Costco trips.
But where do you have the space to nerd out about immigration, and especially, extraordinary ability visas? With people who care? And actually get you?
Enter The Extraordinary Ability Club.
Psst, hearing the term “Extraordinary Ability Visas” for the first time? Go here!
Why join this community?
Being a skilled immigrant in America is lonely.
Applying for an extraordinary ability visa only amplifies the loneliness. You don’t know where to start. Reading USCIS’ pages causes anxiety. And you’re not ready to spend $500 to speak to a lawyer.
We designed The Extraordinary Ability Club to be the antidote.
The ONE place you can go to any day and get what you need — whether that is connecting with another aspirant, speaking to a recipient, consulting with a lawyer, or just getting some much-needed motivation to keep going.
Who is our community for?
❌ We do NOT care if you graduated from Harvard, Oxford, MIT, or Yale.
❌ We do NOT care if you work at Google or OpenAI.
❌ We do NOT care if you’re making $200,000.
✅ We only care about one thing: You’re a legal immigrant on a visa invested in building your career and future life in the United States — and want to share your experience and learn from others like you. That’s it.

Why do it for free?
Because legal immigration in America isn’t built for accessibility — and we’re trying to change that.
The Extraordinary Ability Club is powered by Manifest Law, and we believe information should be a right, not a privilege.
Imagine 500,000+ skilled immigrants (that’s 25% of everyone on work visas) pushing for a fairer system and impacting policies.
That’s our long game.
That’s why it’s free.

What are extraordinary ability visas?
1990 was a big year for the United States.
President Bush signed into law a bunch of new visas, including the F-1 OPT, H-1B, and something called the “O-1.”
The O-1, along with a few more visas — like the EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-2 NIW — falls under the class of extraordinary ability visas (or “talent visas”), given to immigrants based on merit.
Unlike the H-1B, which has now become a gamble, talent visas are not given out through a lottery system.
They were introduced by the U.S. government to attract amazing immigrants from across the world to move to the country — and not have to go through the hassle of a lottery.
